Jet Ski Steering Nozzle
Reverse engineered from a cracked original
The steering nozzle had cracked and was no longer serviceable. I 3D scanned the failed part, rebuilt it as clean parametric CAD, and reprinted it in PA12-CF10 — a carbon-reinforced nylon chosen for its strength and stiffness. It has held strong through many hours of hard use on the water since.
