A design study in packaging a ducted fan
A design study rather than a build: what has to change about an aircraft when you bury the thrust inside it. Swap a nose propeller for an electric ducted fan and the fuselage stops being a container and becomes a duct — it has to feed the fan cleanly, exhaust it cleanly, and still carry structure and payload around the airflow.
Most of the work went into that packaging problem. The fuselage moved through revisions 0.4 to 0.6 and the tail through 0.1 to 0.5, almost all of it chasing intake and exhaust geometry rather than external shape.
The wing is the NACA 4412 section developed and CFD-checked for the Puller, carried over rather than redone — 240 mm at the root, 200 mm at the tip, with 3.5° of dihedral and 2° of washout.
This one stayed on the screen. It was designed, not built.
